Indiana Fever star Aliyah Boston reaffirmed her loyalty to Indiana’s sports teams, not only with her own, but also for their NBA counterpart.
In one of the recent episodes of her podcast “Post Moves” with Candace Parker, Ferve star Aliyah Boston reiterated that she plans to stick as a supporter of the Indiana Pacers, as well as that of Tyrese Haliburton.

“Yeah, I’m still riding with my Pacers though,” Boston said, when asked about whether she would still support the Indiana NBA team. “Stand strong. You don’t know.”

Haliburton tore his ACL in the NBA Finals and underwent surgery for it and an elongated time to overcome it. This came after Halliburton established himself as the face of the franchise after performing on a high level and bringing the team to the playoffs. Haliburton’s injury will keep the All-Star off the floor for most of the 2025–26 season as he recovers from surgery.
Haliburton has started the lengthy rehabilitation journey, often giving updates on social media on the progress. Team personnel, and physicians, have laid out a cautious timetable that focused on both healing and regaining strength, and will have Haliburton remaining with the team during rehab as he progresses through rehabilitation post-surgery.

League observers took the GM’s public tone as a desire to resolve outstanding questions quickly to allow the team to focus on offseason moves and the 2026 campaign, while also acknowledging that negotiations and medical or personal developments can complicate timelines. The Fever stated it intends to remain transparent where appropriate and continue internal planning while awaiting clarity on Boston’s status.
For the 2025 season, Aliyah Boston averaged 15.0 points per game, 8.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists. She shot 53.8% from the field and 76.2% from the free-throw line.
