Chicago Sky star Angel Reese got served in one video that was recently reposted by Indiana Fever’s Aliyah Boston, which showed Reese getting rejected by Boston.
In a video shared by Aliah Boston on her Instagram story, Boston was seen blocking Sky’s center, Elizabeth Williams, twice, and then rejecting Angel Reese. Boston added her own one-word caption to the story.
“Swag,” she posted.
The highlight snippet came from the much-anticipated Fever and Sky match-up that opened the WNBA’s 2025 season. The said game also ended up being a controversial game due to the heated rivalry between Reese and Fever’s Caitlin Clark.
Later in the season, Aliyah Boston was recognized as sixth in the MVP votes, and was given a nod for the All-WNBA Second Team, and the All-WNBA Defensive Team.

Former Los Angeles Lakers Star Gives Honest Praise for Angel Reese
Former Los Angeles Lakers star and three-time NBA Champion James Worthy offered measured praise for Sky’s Angele Reese. This was after Chicago Sky coach Tyler Marsh drew early comparisons between the Lakers great and WNBA forward Angel Reese, saying he sees echoes of his own style but stopping short of declaring them identical.

Worthy told Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson that Reese’s footwork and ability to slip past defenders remind him of certain tendencies from his playing days, while noting he hasn’t observed enough to call her a direct match.
“She has tremendous footwork,” the Lakers legend said. “Her ability to bypass players — I do see a little bit of familiarity in that. I haven’t seen enough to say she’s exactly like me, but she does have tendencies of evading and making her game stretch out a little bit to avoid defenses. I do like that about her game.”

Coach Marsh, who first raised the comparison, highlighted Reese’s rapid development, saying the second-year player has expanded her game and shown consistent improvement since entering the league. The coach credited Reese with becoming more aware of different facets of her play and applying those adjustments on a nightly basis to remain effective against opponents.
On Scoop B Radio, Worthy singled out Reese’s knack for evading defenders and extending her offensive reach, praising the way she uses footwork to create space and avoid pressure. He described those traits as familiar to him, but emphasized that similarities are limited to tendencies rather than a full replication of his game.
During the 2025 season, Angel Reese averaged 14.7 points per game, 12.6 rebounds, and 3.7 assists.
