On the boxing red carpet walks the WNBA standout. Angel Reese made sure her presence was felt far beyond the basketball court this week. While boxing fans were still buzzing over Terence Crawford’s dominant victory, the Chicago Sky forward found a way to tie herself into the moment. Reese reposted a Netflix tweet about her recent meeting with Crawford and added her own twist.

“DUBS IN THE CHAT,” Angel Reese wrote on X, instantly catching attention. The phrase echoed Crawford’s performance, which many called a masterclass, while also serving as a nod to her own competitive edge. It was a reminder that Reese isn’t just watching history — she wants to be part of it.

The post quickly spread among her fans and boxing followers, showing once again how Reese knows how to use the spotlight. The 22-year-old has never shied away from blending culture, sports, and her own image into one narrative. By linking herself to Crawford, who remains undefeated and is now seen as one of boxing’s greatest, she framed her own journey as one that thrives under pressure and in big moments.

For Angel Reese, it was more than a casual share. It was another move in building her brand as one of today’s most talked-about athletes.

Angel Reese trade to Dallas Wings, A Suggestion

The WNBA season may be months away, but speculation around Angel Reese is already making headlines. A new piece from Sporting News linked her future to the Dallas Wings, who continue to search for more long-term talent.

“The Dallas Wings have their point guard of the future in Paige Bueckers. But outside of that, they’re lacking in long-term pieces. Reese has made serious strides as a secondary ball-handler and playmaker, all while continuing to make a presence as a rebounder and defender,” Sporting News contributor David Suggs wrote.

That type of profile makes Angel Reese an interesting option for Dallas. The Wings have shown flashes of promise but lack consistency in key roles. Adding Reese could give them both toughness inside and someone who can grow into a bigger playmaking role.

Angel Reese also had been the mic lately and have shown some frustration against the team and her teammates. While it might just be fatigue and frustration talking, plus the fact that she’s been putting out some fires here and there, that she might just be talking from a place

Whether or not the trade talk has any real weight remains to be seen. Still, the idea of pairing Angel Reese with Dallas’ young core will keep fans talking in the months to come.
