Angel Reese has had to bear the brunt of social media trolling right from the start and addressed one part of this during her recent ‘Unapologetically Angel’ episode. Social media trolling victims can range from your everyday person to celebrity athletes and even on-screen legends. While some put up a strong face to it all, too much trolling can take the toll of a person’s emotional health.

In her recent episode of ‘Unapologetically Angel’ with her agent, Jeanine Ogbonnaya, Reese discussed the same topic, especially about her workout routines in the gym. The Chicago Sky superstar has definitely been busy in the gym and has regularly posted about her training during the offseason.

“How come I have to post on the gym? What about all the other 143 women that are in the WNBA that don’t post they’re in the gym?” Reese said on ‘Unapologetically Angel’.

Reese went on to comment that this scrutiny might be because she “literally lives a double life”. Ogbonnaya also defended Reese, bringing up a nasty comment about her not training enough when she just posted about her workout routine merely five hours back.

While there might be many reasons as to why trolls might target Angel Reese in specific, Ogbonnaya had some specific things to say. The longtime Reese agent specified that this trolling might be simply because the Chicago Sky superstar posts about many things outside of her sport, basketball.

Angel Reese Meets Soccer Star Vinicius Jr., Much To Delight Of Fans

Apart from simply rocking it in her podcast during the offseason, Angel Reese has also been meeting some interesting people. Earlier this week, Reese met Vinicious Jr., who plays as a forward for Real Madrid, as well as the Brazil national team. Vini Jr. is definitely one of the best upcoming players in soccer right now.

While the meeting itself was pretty fantastic for both WNBA fans and soccer fans, it also sparked a discussion about wealth. Some time back, Reese did mention that she was unable to pay her rent with her WNBA salary. While Reese is definitely wealthy with her basketball career and her podcast earnings, her net worth is certainly no match for Vini Jr.’s net worth.

Vini Jr. makes about $414,000 in each week, while Reese makes $73,439 in a year from her WNBA career. Apart from comparing their respective net worths, fans were essentially happy about Reese and Vini Jr. meeting each other. Reese has already dipped her toes into soccer, with the Chicago Sky forward confirming her co-ownership of the USL Super League team.
