Bronny James and the Los Angeles Lakers suffered yet another loss in what has turned out to be a brutal overall road trip experience.
On Wednesday night, the Lakers were blown out by Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies in a 131-114 loss to end a five-game trip away from Hollywood with an L. Due to the lopsided nature of the Grizzlies game, Los Angeles head coach JJ Redick was able to give rookie guard Bronny James a chance to see action late in the contest.

However, the former USC Trojans guard did not do much in the five minutes he spent on the floor. He scored two points, both from the foul line and shot just 0-for-2 from the floor, including this airball from behind the arc that has generated quite a buzz online.

The Lakers played without Anthony Davis and Rui Hachimura, so they had to rely a lot on Bronny James’ dad, LeBron James, who had 39 points on 15-for-24 shooting from the floor to go with seven rebounds and six assists in 35 minutes of action.
Los Angeles is now 4-4 after going 3-0 to start the 2024-25 NBA season.
