The Milwaukee Bucks have been active so far at the trade deadline. Swapping Khris Middleton for Kyle Kuzma was a decision that came with many mixed reactions. According to a report from late Wednesday, the deal included Delon Wright and cash considerations, as well as New York Knicks big man Jericho Sims.
However, Milwaukee may not be done yet.
Breaking: Bucks Shed Massive Salary Cap Space Just Before Trade Deadline (Report)

While the San Antonio Spurs acquired All-Star point guard De’Aaron Fox from the Sacramento Kings over the weekend, their trade deadline has not yet ended:
The Spurs are staying busy and getting younger, making a big trade with the Milwaukee Bucks to bring in more young talent. The Spurs have reportedly acquired Patrick Baldwin Jr. from the Bucks.
Per ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Bucks are sending Baldwin Jr. and cash to the Spurs.
Baldwin Jr., 22, was a highly-touted prospect coming out of high school and college, getting drafted by the Golden State Warriors late in the first round in 2022. Baldwin Jr., or “PBJ,” was just recently traded from the Washington Wizards to Milwaukee as part of the Kyle Kuzma-Khris Middleton deal, and is now on the move again.
The 6-foot-9 forward was regarded as one of the best three-point shooting prospects coming out of high school as a five-star recruit, but his smooth jumper has not translated to the next level.

The move allows Milwaukee the opportunity to pursue another move before the deadline. In the final season of his contract, PBJ is earning just $2.4 million this season and is unlikely to receive any on-court opportunities. Due to the 22-year-old forward’s inability to prove himself at the next level, this move is strictly financial.

In the 2022 draft, Golden State selected Baldwin, an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After one season with the Warriors, he was traded to the Wizards. This season, he played in only 22 games.
