Caitlin Clark fans have always known that the Indiana Fever star has constantly supported more than just basketball. Apart from being a baller, Clark is also an avid golfer and last year participated in a number of Pro-Ams. Quite recently, Clark showed her love for yet another sport, volleyball.
Clark and her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, were seen at Fishers Event Center watching Indy Ignite play against the Grand Rapids Rise in the new Pro Volleyball Federation. In that game, Indy Ignite eventually won against the Rapids, much to the delight of their home fans. The federation started play in 2024 after being announced back in 2022 and is focused on giving women volleyball players great opportunities.

Caitlin Clark not only loves all things sports, but simply loves all things Indiana, and has been hailed a hero of the state ever since she rose to stardom in WNBA’s Indiana Fever. While fans were expecting to see Clark in the new Unrivaled League which kicks off in a few hours, she announced a few weeks back that she is not ready to play this year and will instead rest up for the upcoming WNBA season.

Caitlin Clark Shows Off Upcoming Indiana Fever Facility
In a recent Instagram post, Caitlin Clark showed her fans and followers designs of the upcoming practice facility for the Indiana Fever team. The facility is yet to be constructed and building will start in a few months. The performance center is estimated to cost around $78 million and will cover 108,000 sq. ft. It is expected to be completed in time for the 2027 WNBA season.

The performance center has definitely excited Clark and the rest of the Indiana Fever team. The center will have a couple of basketball courts, and a number of recovery rooms, with a weight room. Players can also relax in between their training sessions in the courtyard. Apparently, the center will be built on the site of an old jail, in close proximity to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse where the players practice currently.

After Caitlin Clark entered their fold, the Indiana Fever team showed considerable improvement in the 2024 WNBA season. The team finished the regular season with an even 20-20 record and clinched a spot in the playoffs for the first time since 2016. Clark impressed fans and critics in her first WNBA season, and was titled ‘Rookie of the Year’ by the league.
