Caitlin Clark was all smiles on the Indiana Fever bench Saturday, watching Aliyah Boston go to work in a blowout win over the Chicago Sky.

Sidelined with a groin injury, Clark couldn’t help but crack up when Boston took Kia Nurse down in the post. Off a feed from Kelsey Mitchell, Boston lowered her left shoulder into the 6-foot guard, used her size to create space, and banked it in with ease.
CBS caught Clark’s reaction during the replay — a genuine, unfiltered laugh — and the clip blew up online. One post on X from user Shabazz pulled in nearly 30,000 impressions as fans passed it around.

That moment summed up the game. Aliyah Boston’s physical play led the way in a 92–70 win that completed a season sweep of the Sky. She finished with 15 points, four boards, three assists, and two blocks, hitting 7-of-11 shots in front of a loud home crowd.
Caitlin Clark gets candid on her turnover record
While rehabbing, Caitlin Clark also found time to reflect on her first WNBA season — one where she led the league with 223 turnovers, the highest single-season mark in league history. The next closest? Alyssa Thomas at 145.
In a sit-down with WNBA great Sue Bird, Clark was blunt about her style.
“Maybe it’s a toxic part of me, but I always think it’s going to go well,” she said, talking about her risky cross-court passes. “And then I throw it, and it doesn’t go well. I definitely have some delusion and all the good players have delusion. Like that’s just the truth. You have to think you’re better than you actually are at the end of the day.”

That self-belief is what makes Clark so dangerous. Even with the turnovers, her vision and confidence keep her among the league’s best playmakers — and once she’s back on the floor, those bold passes aren’t going anywhere.
