The feud between former NFL quarterback Cam Newton and sports analyst and commentator Jason Whitlock continues, as Whitlock and his guest host clap back at Newton for his support for Joy Taylor and more recently, sports anchor Molly Qerim.
In one of the recent episodes of “Fearless,” Jason Whitlock was joined by the “Korean Cosell” Steve Kim. In their conversation, Kim gave his honest input on the former NFL player’s elevation of female sportscasters while citing previous incidents of him making fun of one in 2017.
“The thing that is interesting about what he said about you, Cam really showed what a simpleton he is, Jason,” Kim said. “You never really said hey, back in my younger days I was a Heavy D but looked like Denzel Washington or Tyson Beckford.”
“The fact that any guy does not understand why it was dangerous that allegedly default defense of Joy Taylor was going to be, I have a ‘me too’ card. Every man with any type of influence, power or riches should be deathly afraid of that. The fact that he could not understand that, I think, I hate to say it shows that he’s still a dumb jock, my guy.”
Whitlock doubled down on Kim’s take and gave his own version of it.
“You go dumb jock, I’m going to say he’s a horny jock,” Whitlock added. “Cam thinks with his smallest head and and he wants to keep everything in play—from Joy Taylor to Molly Kum he just wants it all available if necessary.”
Cam Newton Blasts Jason Whitlock “Stay in Your Lane”
In one of his videos, Cam Newton called out Jason Whitlock for “inappropriate comments” towards Joy Taylor, after Whitlock did an episode of “Fearless” discussing the issues surrounding Taylor and used “big racks” to describe her breasts and “peanut butter skin” to describe her complexion.
“You’re not that guy, pal,” he said. “You’re not. ‘That big rack of hers,’ that’s inappropriate. ‘That butter skin,’ that’s inappropriate. Bro, you’re not that guy. So to comment on something like this, bro, stay in your lane.”
“You’re having an out-of-body experience and it’s time for me to put you back in your body, to let you know bro you’re not that guy, pal. Joy, is she a very attractive woman? Absolutely. And it’s not for me to make inappropriate statements Jason.”
Cam Newton added: “So I’m like bro, we want to see her. Don’t say no inappropriate things like that and not be questioned about that.”
