Cameron Brink just ended her comeback season, and one of her best friends dropped a fun invitation for her with a “no kids” promise attached.
In a post on Instagram, Sydel Curry-Lee, sister of Golden State Warriors Star Steph Curry, expressed her congratulations to Cameron Brink for her comeback season and added a fun comment on the post, too.

“So proud of you!!” Sydel wrote on her comment. “Same time next year? I promise I’m not adding any more kids to the photo lol”

Cameron Brink exited Thursday’s regular-season finale against the Las Vegas Aces visibly emotional after suffering a bloody nose while contesting a first-half rebound at Crypto.com Arena. The injury forced Brink out of the contest and brought her comeback season to an abrupt end.
Despite the abrupt finish, Brink’s return was a bright spot for a Sparks team officially eliminated from playoff contention. In just under 20 appearances, Brink provided valuable frontcourt depth and defensive presence. She exhibited determination to get her best game back to the court and overcome the limitations of the aftermath of her injury.
Cameron Brink Gets Honest on Comeback Season Challenges
Cameron Brink finally returned to the court after recovering from her season-ending ACL injury, and despite ultimately not making the playoffs, the Sparks star still learned a lot of valuable lessons in her second year in the WNBA.

In an interview, Brink got honest about her insights on her return to court action.
“The biggest lesson was just leading each day with gratitude, and especially now that I’m back to basketball, just being thankful to be able to play again. And I really leaned on my trainers, Chelsea Ortega, Karissa (Scherer), of our staff. So I’m just really lucky to have a great village around me.”
Despite playing only limited minutes, Brink enjoyed her return to the court, and how patient everyone in the Sparks has been. This is despite the team, during the regular season, fighting for a playoff spot.
“I’m just trying to play my role the best I can, be a great teammate, bring energy when I can off the bench,” she said. “And this team’s just really fun to be a part of. I love our coaching staff. Our organization has been really patient with me throughout this process, so I’ve been having a great time.”

During the 2025 seasons, Cameron Brink averaged 12.8 minutes per game. She logged 5.1 points per game, 4.3 rebounds, and 0.5 assists. She shot 42.7% from the field, and 29.4% from beyond the arc.
