Chloe Kitts’ sister, Kylee Kitts recently announced her entering the transfer portal after spending her freshman season with the Florida Gators. Kylee announced her decision through an Instagram story, while also expressing her gratitude to the team.

Kylee Kitts came to the Florida Gators after playing for the Faith Christian Academy and lead the team there to the 2022 FHSSA State Championship, where she scored ten points. The Florida Gators finished 11th in the Southeastern table with a 5-11 conference score and 19-18 overall. The Gators were eventually shown the door after losing to the Minnesota Golden Gophers with a final score of 66-52.

“New Beginnings.” Chloe Kitts captioned her Instagram story, sharing the news of her sister Kylee Kitts entering the transfer portal.

Meanwhile, Kylee Kitts’ sister, Chloe Kitts will continue playing for the South Carolina Gamecocks under Dawn Staley’s leadership. Kitts has been playing for South Carolina ever since 2022, and managed to win the NCAA championship last year. However, the team was unable to repeat a win this season and was defeated by the UConn Huskies in the finals.

The South Carolina Gamecocks surely tried their best in the finals against the UConn Huskies but lost the game with a final score of 82-59. Against UConn, South Carolina’s offense was led by Joyce Edwards who chalked up ten points for the team, grabbing five rebounds and assisting once, while Tessa Johnson added another tenner with three boards. Chloe Kitts in that game etched nine points with six rebounds, while Sania Feagin chalked up eight points.

Chloe Kitts’ South Carolina Teammate, Bree Hall, Copes After Defeat With More Basketball

While some players take a crucial defeat very badly, the same cannot be said about Chloe Kitts’ South Carolina teammate, Bree Hall. Hall posted a TikTok video of herself and two of her teammates enjoying the Florida Gators men’s basketball game against the Houston Cougars. The Florida Gators managed to win against Houston 65-63 and ultimately became NCAA champions.

The comments section under Bree Hall’s post was a happy place, with numerous basketball fans dropping by to say how happy they were with her method of coping. Instead of choosing to crumble and grovel after her team lost to the UConn Huskies in the finals, Bree Hall is simply opting to move on and enjoy watching her beloved sport. Bree Hall played for South Carolina since 2012 and has since finished her career with the team.
