Devin Booker has been an All-Star four times and with the way he’s been playing this season for the Phoenix Suns, it should only be right that he gets another nod. Well, the jury is not clear yet as according to the latest turn out, he’s not even in the final squad if 15 players get selected.

The starting five will be chosen through All-Star fan voting and the latest result says the Western Conference will be headlined by Luka Doncic, Nikola Jokic, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Victor Wembanyama, and Stephen Curry.
Note: the All-Star Game 2026 format will be USA vs World
Booker is currently no. 17 in the results and he is not surprised with it.
“I see it, but at this point, it’s expected,” Booker said during practice.
“It’s fan voting.”

Devin Booker says he’s better than others
He is confident that he is having a better season than other guys on the list but then he does not have a huge fan base behind him.
“There are some super big market teams. There are guys from different countries that have a whole country behind them. I kind of understand the process, but am I playing better than a lot of guys? For sure, but that’s not the setup.”
Booker is right about the international players. Four of the Top 5 in the Western Conference were from other countries.

Other players ranked higher than him who are from outside of America are Portland Trailblazers’ Deni Avdija from Israel and Houston Rockets’ Alperen Sengun who are from Turkey.
Avdija’s high ranking, no. 7, is the most surprising as he is ranked higher than stablished superstars like Lebron James, Kevin Durant, and Kawhi Leonard.
