Draymond Green admitted that he is bothered by recent trade rumors but the Golden State Warriors forward is ready in case it happens that he is let go by his team after 13 years. Maybe he can try his home state and join the Detroit Pistons.

Green’s name is attached to several trade rumors, most specifically the one where they are trying to land Giannis Antetokounmpo from the Milwaukee Bucks. The pursuit is dead according to the latest from Shams Charania but Green’s fate is not decided yet.
Former NBA All-Star Jeff Teague thought it would be interesting to see Green go back to his state and join the Pistons and there, he will lead the revival of the Bad Boys.
Pistons’ Bad Boy era occurred from 1986 to 1992 and featured players like Isiah Thomas, Bill Laimbeer, Dennis Rodman, and Joe Dumars who were not just physical but were also winning titles. They went back to back in 1989 and 1990 in a tough Eastern Conference that had Larry Bird-led Boston Celtics and Michael Jordan era Chicago Bulls.

The young Pistons, currently the top team in the Eastern Conference standings, can use a veteran voice like Draymond. The team is currently led by 25 and under stars like Cade Cunningham and Jalen Duren.
They recently moved out Jaden Ivey to get another shooter in Kevin Huerter.
Draymond Green and Isaiah Stewart in one team
Teague and his co-hosts in the Club 520 Podcast can’t hide the excitement in the possibility of Green playing for Pistons.
“Bring the Bad Boys back, him and Isaiah Stewart just crashing out,” he said.
“They can get the physicality through the roofs,” a co-host commented.

Jeff Teague says Draymond on the Pistons would be a nostalgic experience:
“Bring the Bad Boys back, him and Isaiah Stewart just crashing out.”
