During the Golden State Warriors’ victory over the Orlando Magic, Draymond Green exited the game following a heated exchange with head coach Steve Kerr. Green did not return to the floor afterward.

Both the argument itself and what followed quickly became a major talking point around the league. Despite the attention surrounding the incident, Stephen Curry kept his composure when addressing the situation during the post-game press conference.
Former Warriors All-Star guard Tim Hardaway, however, was not impressed with Curry’s response. Hardaway felt Curry should have acted as a mediator and addressed the situation head-on.
“Steph should have been the one standing up in that huddle, not somebody else,” Hardaway said on Sirius XM NBA Radio. “Steph should have been like, yo, Draymond, yo, that’s enough, man. Come on, man. Hey, let’s get back into it, man. Let it go. Let it go. Leave it alone.

“You know? That’s what – Steph, don’t be sitting down there catching your breath, thinking, oh, here we go again. So, yeah, I mean, Steph isn’t that type of person, but we don’t know what he said in the back after the game.”
However, since then, tensions have reportedly cooled. Green distanced himself from the situation and held discussions with the team’s general manager.
Meanwhile, Kerr also shared regret for his role in the exchange. Green suited up on Christmas night against the Dallas Mavericks and recorded seven points, five rebounds and three assists in 28 minutes.
Kevin Garnett Declares Stephen Curry the GOAT of This NBA Era
When discussions arise about the top players in today’s NBA, Stephen Curry’s name is impossible to ignore. Former NBA star Kevin Garnett recently spoke on the podcast “Ticket and The Truth where he reflected on Curry’s lasting impact on the game. Garnett described Curry as the defining figure of the current era.
“I think all the young stars of our league are starting to come into their own,” Garnett said. I’ve said this countless times. I think that we’re in the Curry era. He is the GOAT of this era. When we talk about the long ball and the 3 ball, you got to talk about the messiah of that long ball, you understand, and that’s how I look at it.”
Curry is often viewed as the best player in the league not only because of his exceptional talent on the court, but also due to his loyalty to a single franchise. At a time when superstar movement is common, Curry has stayed with the Warriors since being drafted in 2009.
His commitment helped build a championship culture in Golden State, where he won two MVP awards and played a central role in the franchise winning four NBA titles.
