NBA celebrations make games more fun. However, there are some that might not be appropriate on TV. What will the NBA say about what Stephen Curry did in their game against the Orlando Magic.

The Golden State Warriors fell on the road to Magic on Tuesday despite another explosive performance from the four-time champion. As usual, he made it rain from beyond the arc, hitting seven of his 15 shots. Those seven matches the total three points mades by all his teammates got floor time.
One of those threes stood out and people are now debating if it is something that is politically incorrect.
The play occurred early in the first quarter with Jalen Suggs closely shadowing him.
This is the first time Curry debuted this celebration. His most famous one was the “night night” celly.

There are celebrations that have been deemed not good for TV before, like the “suck it” celly by Joel Embiid that got him fined, the gun shots celly by Ja Morant, and the big balls gesture that Sam Cassell made famous.
Stephen Curry’s celly receives unusual attention
It garners different reactions as many thought it is inappropriate. Was he mocking Suggs or was imitating the way a person with disability moves?

“Ableist and hates poor people wow..,” another user said.
“Just not a good person at all it’s sad,” commented another.
It is hard to assume that Curry is mocking people with cerebral palsy as it might jus be him imitating the way Suggs scramble to prevent his three. He will also probably not speak about it at all.
