Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo got endeared to Los Angeles Lakers fans for what he did at the end of their game at the Fiserv Forum despite a hard loss they just took.

Giannis and company, playing on the second night of a back-to-back, were dominated by Luka Doncic and the Lakers even if they tried their might to get close in the third quarter. It was a blowout loss that JJ Redick finally got the chance to give one of his rookies’ much-awaited debut.
Adou Thiero, picked 36th by the Brooklyn Nets but was immediately traded to the Lakers, played his first ever game and made the most out of it by scoring four points in five minutes. He had one field goal and it is one to remember as it is a two-handed dunk that got the bench off their seats.

His teammates thought they need to dedicate the game to him by giving him the game ball but in an unexplainable turn of events, game officials refused to hand them the ball that Antetokounmpo had to intervene.
This gesture earned Giannis admiration from opponents’ side.
Glad they got the ball for Adou! Idk what that was about! Shout-out Giannis!

The Lakers were trying to get the game ball for Adou Thiero but the ref wouldn’t allow it.
Giannis went on, got the ball and handed it to Luka.

Giannis Antetokounmpo gets love from Thiero’s father
The shot made Thiero officially an NBA player and it is a winning moment that people around him will celebrate. The Greek Freak’s late father felt that too for him in 2013.
The Lakers rookie’s father felt that, too, and he has to give a special shoutout to the Bucks star for helping his son out.

His son was equally excited for the moment and gesture made his teammates.
“At first I didn’t even realize it was all for me, but I’m very thankful for this team and I think that shows how connected we are and how much we want each other to succeed as a team,” he told reporters post-game.
