Giannis Antetokounmpo hit rock bottom on his stat sheet Tuesday night, and it came out emotionally.

The Greek Freak appeared to break down on the bench as the Bucks pulled off a 139-106 flop show in their home against Timberwolves.
A viral clip showed the two-time MVP wiping his eyes with a towel and shaking his head. His face was covered with pain, but fans are saying terrible things.
Fans Turn on Bucks After Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Visible Frustration
The Timberwolves entered Tuesday night shorthanded without Anthony Edwards and Rudy Gobert, which ultimately made the situation more humiliating for the Bucks. During the break, things became more chaotic since the Fiserv Forum crowd booed their home team as the Bucks trailed by 31 points and never recovered.
The fourth quarter told a more brutal story. With Wolves leading 117-83, cameras caught Antetokounmpo on the bench. He was seen covering his face with a towel and appeared to wipe away tears. His shoulders sagged, and he let out a deep breath and looked absolutely defeated.
X user @BrickCenter_ shared the clip, which quickly went viral. Instead of sympathy, fans are criticizing him sharply and urging him to leave the team as soon as possible.

“He’s crying. We don’t fucking deserve this man, he should leave for his own good,” one fan wrote.
The sentiment echoed across the NBA community. Another fan added, “Him staying in Milwaukee is wasting his prime. He’s averaging nearly a point per minute (29.3 min – 29 pts), and we still can’t win games.”
Antetokounmpo is putting up 29 points per game this season with a near point-per-minute efficiency. However, the Bucks sit at 17-23, standing eleventh in the East, which is far from championship contention.
A third fan claimed, “F— being loyal, it’s time to go.”
The fourth shared, “Front office gon see this keep doc and trade for lavineim fucking out.”
One random X user claimed, “He’s clearly wiping the sweat out his eyes, but he’s realizing it’s over.”
That broken optics came hours after the Fiserv Forum crowd booed the team off the court at halftime. The 6′ 11″ forward responded by booing them back after an and-1 bucket in the third quarter to shut them down. But the team’s embarrassing loss just escalated the beef.
He finished the game with a solid 25 points, eight rebounds, and five assists. But his supporting cast fell apart, and he seemed to pay for that by hiding his face in the towel.
