All-Star guard Caitlin Clark kicked off her journey with the Indiana Fever by sharing her first workout session with new head coach Stephanie White. The training highlights showcased Clark’s skills and the promising dynamic between her and White, setting the stage for an exciting 2025 season.

The Indiana Fever recently appointed Stephanie White as their new head coach, marking a significant moment in the franchise’s history. White, a native of West Lebanon, Indiana, brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as both head coach and assistant coach for the Fever. Her return to the team is seen as a pivotal move, as the Fever aims to revitalize their performance in the WNBA.

White has an impressive track record, most recently leading the Connecticut Sun to two consecutive WNBA Semifinal appearances and earning accolades such as the WNBA Coach of the Year in 2023. Her coaching prowess reflects her deep understanding of the game, honed over 17 seasons in various roles. White’s familiarity with the team’s culture and her history with the team positions her uniquely to guide the players to new heights.

In her previous tenure with Indiana, White compiled a commendable record, including a trip to the WNBA Finals in 2015. Her leadership helped the team secure a playoff berth in 2016, showcasing her ability to foster talent and build competitive teams. This combination of experience as both a player and coach adds credibility to her new role, as she aims to inspire the current roster.

As a player, White had a distinguished career, notably contributing to the Fever during its inaugural season. She remains among the franchise’s top contributors in key statistical categories, underscoring her legacy within the organization. Her achievements at Purdue University, where she led the Boilermakers to an NCAA Championship, further highlight her basketball acumen.
