Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies recently beat the Boston Celtics and the point guard couldn’t be more ecstatic. The Grizzlies managed to win 127-121 against Boston in that game after Morant managed an impressive 32 points. Morant, who is quite outspoken, went out to tweet challenging Boston fans after the victory.

In the game against the Celtics, Morant managed nine rebounds, along with nine helpers, to help his 32 points. Jaren Jackson Jr. managed 27 points in that game with nine boards and a single assist, while Brandon Clarke chalked up 18 points with eight rebounds and four helpers. Desmond Bane managed to put up 14 points to help the Grizzlies in that game.

“figure out what side yall want to be on,” Ja Morant tweeted after winning against the Celtics.

While the win against the Boston Celtics was indeed sweet, the Grizzlies need to do better if they want to move up the Western Conference. Memphis needs to still climb over the Dallas Mavericks and the Oklahoma City Thunder before they can get to the top of the Western Conference.

Ja Morant’s Daughter, Kaari Morant, Meets Tamia Tillman’s Son

Tamia Tillman, the wife of Xavier Tillman, Boston Celtics center, recently shared a heart-warming post on Instagram, showing her son meeting Kaari Morant, the daughter of Ja Morant and KK Dixon. Tillman and Morant have been quite close to each other both on and off the court, and the post made many fans smile as they remembered the strong bond between the two sporting families.

Xavier Tillman is currently the center for the Boston Celtics, but before that played for the Memphis Grizzlies. Currently, Tillman is boasting a 1.2 point per game average, with 2.1 rebounds and 0.4 helpers in every matchup played. Before coming to the NBA, Tillman played college basketball for the Michigan State Spartans.

Quite recently, Tillman’s daughter Yanni celebrated her eighth- birthday, to which Ja Morant’s ex-girlfriend, KK Dixon, responded with her ‘happy birthday’ wish. Dixon and Morant broke up after being together for five years, but are co-parenting their daughter. Dixon also put a collage of pictures of Yanni, featuring her and Ja Morant’s daughter.

Morant and Tillman’s relationship bloomed when the two played for four seasons in the Memphis Grizzlies team. While Memphis was sad to see Tillman go to the Celtics mid-season, the move was favorable for Tillman who went on to win an NBA title with Boston.
