Josh Hart and his kids continue to steal the show on Sunday. The New York Knicks defeated the Orlando Magic 106-100, with Hart contributing 17 points and 12 boards. During the game, the Knicks forward brought his twin sons onto the bench. Even during the postgame presser, his sons were with him, stealing the show in front of the media.
The Knicks had their third-straight win and are now 16-7 in the 2025-26 NBA season. The team ended their three-game homestand on a high note. On Tuesday, their season resumes in Toronto against the Raptors.
Haze Hart, one of Hart’s sons, was very active during his father’s press conference. When he saw Knicks star Jalen Brunson, he had to let his dad know.

“Look at Jalen dad!” Hart’s son said.
On X (formerly Twitter), Hart gave his teammate a shoutout after his son mentioned him in his interview.
“Jalen is so inspirational,” the forward posted.

Knicks’ Mike Brown admitted his mistake about Hart’s role in the lineup
The Knicks have a new head coach in Mike Brown, after they parted ways with Tom Thibodeau over the summer. One of the changes Brown integrated was to the starting lineup. Instead of Hart, he preferred having Miles McBride.
But he reverted to having the 6-foot-5 forward after the start of the season. Last week, he admitted that it was one of his mistakes.
“I rely on my staff. I had reasons why I was starting another way. But my staff, I think, almost all of them were like, ‘Hey, these are the reasons why it would be better,’ and the reality of it is, I just listened to my staff. I said, ‘Okay, if I’m the only one thinking that other way, maybe better at that time, then maybe I’m wrong,’ and I have been wrong before, and I will be wrong again in the future,” Brown said.
Now, Hart is back in the starting lineup for the past eight games.
