Jalen Green is brimming with happiness after winning against the Memphis Grizzlies with a career-high 42 points, and his girlfriend, Draya Michele is echoing the sentiment. Michele took to Instagram to show her pride for her boyfriend.

On Monday night, the Houston Rockets met the Grizzlies and won the game with a final score of 120-118. Green obviously led Houston on the scoreboard with 42 points, grabbing three rebounds and assisting four times. Amen Thompson put up another 19 points in that game, with 13 boards and four helpers, while Alperen Sengun managed 17 points.

“42 points is crazy!!!” Draya Michele posted on her Instagram with a graphic of Jalen Green.

Jalen Green and the rest of the Houston Rockets are currently riding a four-game winning streak and are currently ranked no. 2 in the Western Conference with 26 wins and 12 defeats this season. Next up, the team is scheduled to play against the Denver Nuggets. In the ongoing NBA season, Jalen Green is averaging about 21 points in each game, with 4.4 rebounds per matchup and 2.6 helpers in every clash.

Jalen Green and Rockets To Play Against No. 4 Denver Nuggets Next

Despite lighting up fireworks in his most recent game against the Memphis Grizzlies where he scored a career-high 42 points, Jalen Green and the rest of the Houston Rockets are prepped and ready to face the Denver Nuggets in their upcoming matchup.

The highly-anticipated matchup will take place at Ball Arena between the two Western Conference rivals, where the Rockets are no. 2 and the Nuggets are placed two spots lower. This will be the first time these two teams meet each other in the ongoing NBA season, but the Rockets are definitely the stronger of the two.

At the same time, the Denver Nuggets will be playing comfortably in their home court, and seem confident with their four-game winning streak. In their previous matchup, the Nuggets played against the Dallas Mavericks where they won the game with a final score of 118-99.

In this game, they will face an even more confident Rockets team with the talented Jalen Green leading the offense with his impressive numbers this season. Both the teams will be playing games back to back and will not have time for rest. Still, this will not stop the scoreboard from lighting up with both squads boasting several great NBA talents.
