Sports analyst and commentator Jason Whitlock slammed analyst Stephen A. Smith for his support towards Fox Sports 1 host Joy Taylor, amidst the allegations she is facing.
In one of the recent episodes of “Fearless,” Jason Whitlock called out how “uninformed” Stephen A. Smith is, particularly due to how he has defended Joy Taylor from allegations so far.
In particular, Whitlock pointed out how the podcast that Stephen A. Smith referenced to praise Joy Taylor has “failed,” as Taylor’s partner had left the show, with rumors pointing to reasons connected to the female host.
“This is how uninformed Stephen A Smith is,” Whitlock said. “If you’re going to make that reference Stephen, at least recognize that the show’s been cancelled. [Joy Taylor and Taylor Rooks] walked away from each other.”
While the “Two Personal” podcast is still active (or at least it appears to be), it originally started with Taylor and Rooks as a duo of hosts. Eventually, in November 2024, Rooks left the show. It was reported to be temporary and due to scheduling issues, but Rooks’ name and photo were removed from the podcast’s Instagram page, and the show went on with Joy Taylor as the only host.
Rumors then circulated that Taylor Rooks left the show due to issues with co-host Joy Taylor. Neither of the hosts confirmed the rumors.
“So no matter how great you’re pretending and lying to think that this show is great, it doesn’t even exist anymore, Stephen A,” Whitlock said. “You’re so freaking uninformed. It’s embarrassing and your point of view is so detached from biblical wisdom that you sound like an idiot, and you say stupid things constantly. I thank God for it to be quite honest with you.”

In the same episode of “Fearless,” Jason Whitlock also went on to slam Stephen A. Smith, calling him a “retard with a thesaurus.”
“Stephen A’s idiocy is the reason why I remain relevant despite all the forces working against me and Fearless,” he said. “I remain relevant because these people are so stupid and so cowardly that I’m your only source of consistent, authentic, intelligent, [and] brave sports commentary about the world. Look at what I’m competing against.”
“This Stephen A is some sort of retard that they gave a thesaurus to.”
Jason Whitlock and Stephen A. Smith have had a long-running feud that can be dated back to their day working together at ESPN. At one point, Stephen A. even called Whitlock “the worst human being ever.”
