    Zach LaVine has been with the NBA one more year than Nikola Jokić but has received fewer NBA awards/honors and has been a part of fewer NBA All-Star games.  

    They have faced each other a total of 16 times in NBA games. Jokić has an 11 to 5 winning record over LaVine and they have never met in the playoffs.

    Who’s Who?

    Zach LaVine is in his 11th season with the NBA, starting in 2014 when drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves. In 2017 he moved to the Chicago Bulls and played for them for eight years up until this year when he was acquired by the Sacramento Kings.

    In 2015 he was awarded All-Rookie second-team and has been a part of the NBA All-Star game twice (2021 and 2022.) 

    Serbian professional basketball player, Nikola Jokić is in his 10th season playing for the Denver Nuggets since being drafted in 2015.

    Jokić has been a part of the NBA All-Star games since 2019 and has been named season MVP three times (2020-21, 2021-22, 2023-24). In 2023 with the Denver Nuggets, he won an NBA Championship and was named the finals Most Valuable Player.

    In a regular season, Jokić averages 21.5 points, 10.9 rebounds, and 7.2 assists per game. Overall he has played 727 games and has accumulated 15,565 points, 7,905 rebounds, and 5,207 assists in his NBA career.

    LaVine in a regular season averages 20.7 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 4 assists per game. He has played in 630 games throughout his NBA career and has accumulated 13,057 points, 2,578 rebounds, and 2,509 assists.
