ESPN’s Shams Charania reported on Tuesday that Chicago Bulls guard Josh Giddey will miss some time due to injury. The Bulls confirmed that the Australian guard has sustained a hamstring injury and will be re-evaluated after a few weeks. Giddey was playing well for the Bulls, and his new injury was unfortunate.
Giddey has been the Bulls’ major factor this season, leading them to a 15-17 record. At the start of the campaign, Chicago had a 6-1 start to the year. But they suffered a five-game losing streak following that.

Josh Giddey caught in the middle of Giannis Antetokounmpoand his teammates

On Saturday, Giannis Antetokounmpo returned to the Milwaukee Bucks’ lineup for the first time after missing eight straight games. During the game, the Bucks already had the clear win. However, Antetokounmpo didn’t want to waste the final possession and did a windmill dunk, leaving a few seconds on the game clock.
Bulls players didn’t appreciate his action and confronted him immediately after the game. Josh Giddey got caught in the middle of a confrontation between his teammates and the Greek Freak. After the game, guard Coby White commented on what happened.
“He shouldn’t have dunked the ball. It’s disrespectful to the game. I said, ‘Bro, you’re better than that.’ The game is over with. Why you gotta do that? It’s a respect thing,” White said.
The next time the two teams will face each other will be on Feb. 3, which could be a must-see after what happened in their last game.
