“Doing Business The Old Fashioned Way”: Fans React On Joy Taylor’s Involvement In Skip Bayless’ Sexual Harrassment Case

A massive lawsuit that unfolded a twisted and tangled story of sexual abuse and harassment inside the room of Fox Sports 1, and it included allegations of sports broadcaster and media personality Joy Taylor allegedly having slept with multiple men in exchange for broadcast opportunities in the network.

While the story of Joy Taylor sleeping her way with multiple men throughout her career sounded appalling to some people, some found nothing wrong with it, despite not being conventionally normal.

One X user cannot comprehend why the idea of Joy Taylor having slept her way to the top is frowned upon, as it is simply “doing business.”

They said: “So what is the issue. Seems like she went down willingly. Doing business the old fashioned way.”

One more user echoed the sentiment, pointing out that while such deals are done under the table, while distasteful to some people, still involved two consenting adults.

They said: “Yeah I’m confused by this. I’m a girl and if Joy wanted to do this and do did the dudes what’s the problem? As long as no one forced anyone how is this illegal?”

However, one user pointed out that the issue was not that she slept with men on her way to the top, but that she allegedly tried to blackmail those men by threatening to expose them for “abuse.”

The user said: “Can you not read? Says if they try to get rid of her, she would accuse the man of sexual assault. That is what is wrong.”

What is Happening with Joy Taylor?

Joy Taylor found herself involved in the long story of allegations of sexual abuse and harassment, which named Skip Bayless as one of the harassers, among other names dropped.

In the lawsuit, accounts of Taylor allegedly admitting to having slept with FS1 EVP Charlie Dixon were detailed, as well as an affair with Emmanuel Acho. The lawsuit was filed by FS1 hairstylist Noushin Faraji, who alleged Skip Bayless of offering her $1.5 million for sex.

“Ms. Faraji became alarmed and warned Ms. Taylor that she should probably not sleep with Mr. Dixon and Mr. Acho at the same time, as Mr. Dixon is a very powerful man that may become very angry,” the lawsuit stated. “Ms. Taylor told her not to worry about it. She explained that she was also now powerful, and once Mr. Dixon was no longer useful to her, she would follow through on her plan to tell the company that he forced himself on her. She would not allow herself to be forced out by Mr. Dixon like other women talent.”

Neither Joy Taylor nor Skip Bayless have gone public to comment on the allegations.
