Kylie Kelce, wife of former NFL star Jason Kelce, did not mince words in deciding to send an invitation to Las Vegas Aces superstar A’ja Wilson to come play at Philadelphia in a new WNBA expansion team.
In a recent episode of her podcast “Not Gonna Lie,” Kylie Kelce had Aces star and 2025 MVP A’ja Wilson as a guest, and she did not hesitate in declaring her intent on having IWlson over to a Philadelphia WNBA team.

“As a lifelong Philadelphia resident, I did also talk to Dawn [Staley] about the WNBA team in Philly, which we are of course getting,” Kelce said. “I have five years to do this, but I’m gonna start right now. How can I recruit you to Philadelphia?”
While Wislon did not outright decline, she joked about how it would be a fight with the people at the Aces, as they would not give her up without a fight.
“The city is beautiful, that’s always a plus,” Wilson answered. “Let me get the wheels turning a little bit. We can like maybe reconsider some things. It’s a fight with Vegas, though. Good luck with that.”

Philadelphia is set to have its own WNBA expansion team, and is scheduled to debut in the league’s 2030 season.
Kylie Kelce Explains Why She’s Not Into Watching Kids’ Sports Practice
In her podcast “Not Gonna Lie,” Kylie Kelce reacted to a clip and stated that parents do not need to attend their children’s sports practices and should instead drop them off and wait in the car, arguing that practice time is for the kids to focus on coaches and teammates.

“I cannot agree with this more. Don’t go to…what are you doing? Don’t go to practice. Do not go to practice,” Kelce said. “The practice is set up to prepare them for gameplay, right? They’re there to play. They’re there to sort it out, to learn new skills. They’re there to focus on their teammates and the coach.”
She added that “roll up, drop your kids off, tell them to have a great practice” should be enough. She suggested parents can remain nearby in the parking lot if they want to be present but should make it clear they are not participating.
In the podcast, Kylie Kelce maintained that her stance on the matter was a way to promote independence and better dynamics with her children, and added that a brief drop-off and later debrief helps kids process practice without parental interference.
