In a recent interview, LeBron James discussed his son Bryce James’ decision to play college basketball for Arizona. A few weeks back, Bryce James’ publicly announced his decision, with many commending him for it, while also wishing him luck in this new phase. Bryce James was at Sierra Leone’s high-school basketball program before this announcement.
The Arizona Wildcats are known for their excellence in the sport, and are currently third in the Big 12 with a 4-0 conference score, and 10-5 overall. In their most recent game, the Arizona Wildcats played against the UCF Knights and managed to win with an impressive 88-80 final score. LeBron James discussed Bryce’s decision among other things in the latest episode of ‘The GoJo and Golic Show’.
“They recruited Bryce very hard and believed in Bryce and believed in his maturation process. He’s going as far as a basketball player and as a young man. He made his own decision, and as parents, myself and Savannah, we just support him, you know? We’re excited for his next chapter once he gets down there, and hopefully, I don’t have to buy the gear.” LeBron James said on ‘The Gojo and Golic Show.

Before his public announcement, Bryce James was actually touted to be a future player for the Ohio State Buckeyes, mainly since his father, LeBron, has been supporting the team since his childhood. The basketball genes run strong in the family, with Bryce’s elder brother, Bronny James being drafted to the Los Angeles Lakers last year, and also stepping foot into the G-League.

LeBron James And LA Lakers Lose To San Antonio Spurs
On another note, LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers were defeated by the San Antonio Spurs with a final score of 126-102 in their latest matchup. In that game, LA’s Anthony Davis led the team on the scoreboard with 30 points, grabbing 13 rebounds and assisting twice, while LeBron James put up 18 points, with five boards and eight helpers.

The Lakers returned to playing after their last two games were postponed as a result of the LA fires. The team was seen practicing impressively before the matchup against San Antonio, with Coach JJ Redick remarking to reporters that the training session was perhaps one of the best for the Lakers. Next up, the Los Angeles Lakers will play against the Miami Heat, whom they lost to previously, 134-93.
