Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James gave praise to his wife, Savannah, for her success when it comes to business. The Lakers vet were all smiles when asked the question during a post-game interview.

In his response, LeBron James highlighted how proud he is of Savannah for succeeding in her multiple business endeavors.

“I am super proud of her,” James said of his wife. “She does it so organically. Everything she does is literally just her. It’s no faking, no fraud or anything behind her. She has held the castle down for so long that I am happy that now we can hold it down for her.”

In a recent podcast appearance, James also opened up about overcoming relationship struggles with his wife, admitting that the years they were together had not been without challenges.

“I’m gonna be honest,” LeBron said on the 360 with Speedy podcast. “A relationship is never picture perfect. But if you’re okay with working through the hardships and the adverse moments, then it will make it all worth it.”

LeBron also added that with him and Savannah being together since high school, life together would not always be a “bed of roses.”

“We’ve been together since high school, so s–t ain’t gonna always be a bed of roses,” he continued. “In any relationship, let alone someone you’ve been living with for 20 years.”

LeBron James and Savannah have been married for 12 years, since 2013.

Los Angeles Lakers veteran superstar LeBron James got honest in a recent interview about his thoughts on playing for Christmas Day this season. Fans have been looking forward to him playing for Christmas for the 20th time in a row, but the Lakers vet may not be feeling as enthusiastic about it as before.

“I’d much rather be at home with my family,” James said. “But it’s the game that I love. It’s a game I watched when I was a kid on Christmas Day, watching a lot of the greatest play the game on Christmas. I’m gonna be completely honest, I would like to be home on the couch with my family all throughout the day.”

James had been dropping hints of retirement for the past few years, with him stating in an interview that he does not plan on playing until his body can no longer keep up, and more recently, saying that he would not “play that much longer.”

So far this season, LeBron James is averaging 20.2 points per game, 5.6 rebounds, and 7.1 assists.
