LeBron James has had the type of NBA career many basketball players can only dream about.

King James played for three teams in his 22 seasons in the association, winning a championship with each of them. He’s broken multiple records and is expected to continue setting the standards as he continues his legendary career. He will surely be a first-ballot inclusion in the Hall of Fame, and he’s always among the names mentioned in the GOAT conversation.

However, LeBron isn’t only known for his incredible basketball skills. His business acumen is as savvy as his ability to find an open teammate on the fastbreak or make the right read during clutch situations.

He has his eggs in multiple baskets, and anyone can tell he’ll still be as influential off the court as he is on it. In fact, one of his more recent business moves will have him work together with one of the most influential families in the United States.

LeBron James’ production company considers merger with ‘The Kardashians’ producer

Bloomberg’s Randall Williams and Lucas Shaw reports that SpringHill Co. is looking at the possibility of a merger with Fulwell 73, more known to American audiences as the producer of the famous Kardashian reality show:

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is in talks to merge his TV and film production business, SpringHill Co., with Fulwell 73, the British film, TV and music company behind The Kardashians and Carpool Karaoke, according to people familiar with the matter.

The two companies have been talking for months, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the negotiations are ongoing and could fall apart. They didn’t disclose any potential terms.

SpringHill is a new player in the entertainment sphere, but they’ve handled a couple of big projects on their own. They’re the production house mostly in charge of Space Jam: A New Legacy, and a merger would expand their capabilities to produce more movies and shows that would provide quality entertainment to audiences worldwide.

While nothing’s set in stone, bagging such a deal would be a massive win for LeBron’s business folio. The Kardashians is a major worldwide brand, and having his name on it would only increase his reputation as a media mogul.

While the deal shouldn’t distract LeBron James from his responsibilities with the Purple and Gold, it would safeguard his family’s future.
