LeBron James and his wife Savannah are arguably among the most celebrated celebrity/sports couples today. Happily married for 11 years, the two have been together since high school, and their relationship only seems to grow stronger as years pass, and they are not ashamed to share their love-filled banters even on social media.
On Tuesday, King James took to his Instagram stories to hype his wife’s creativity. A designer bag enthusiast, Savannah had a DIY piece on her Hermes handbag, and the LA Lakers star took a video holding the bag, giving it a playful caption.
“Big Mama ain’t playing around!! Sheesh!” LeBron captioned his story. “I wanna be like you when I grow up.”
LeBron James’ post about the Hermes bag made for good content at his wife’s expense, though it is worth noting that it is not every day that modifying a luxury-brand handbag becomes an interesting topic. The post is one of the rare moments when LeBron trolls his wife as more often than not, the king loves giving his queen her flowers for staying with him through everything.
LeBron James calls his wife Savannah “ruler of the kingdom” on Instagram
One cannot be king without his queen, as LeBron James demonstrated on social media. A week prior to unveiling his wife Savannah James’ customized Hermes handbag, King James called her the true ruler of the James kingdom.

James took to Instagram to share a picture of him and Savannah together prior to the Lakers’ game against the New York Knicks on February 1.
“The thing about it is, is that we just grew even stronger and tighter together!! [Queen emoji] & [king emoji] ….Love you my Queen! Ruler of the Kingdom!” James wrote in the caption.

At age 40, LeBron James is still not showing any signs of slowing down. With a reinvigorated Lakers roster brought about by recent trades, most notably the one that sent Luka Doncic to the Purple and Gold, the NBA’s highest scorer of all time is looking to add another NBA championship to his résumé before he hangs his jersey.

As far as family is concerned, LeBron James has a support system on the court with his eldest son Bronny, and his second son Bryce looks eager to join them both in the NBA in the future. Meanwhile, at home, King James is supported by his longtime sweetheart “Queen Savannah,” the true ruler of the James kingdom.
