April said that she believes believing in Santa is okay for maybe up to ten years old, but Savannah was dead serious about her answer and even joked about it.
“Santa be thumping in my house, Santa is the GOAT at my house” she joked. For all the viewers know, she may be referring to LeBron as her “Santa.”

In the same podcast, Savannah also shared some of the traditions she had for Christmas growing up, such as having a more unconventional choice of food for the celebration day.
“When I was younger, growing up, we used to do a Christmas morning brunch,” she shared. “We keep the tradition now in my house. But we have Chinese food for dinner, for Christmas; that’s just what we did because we would have brunch and then nobody felt like cooking no more, so we all ordered Chinese food. I just kept that tradition going. [So] Christmas Day dinner is Chinese.”
Savannah on LeBron James Playing on Holidays: “I Feel Like It’s Every Christmas”
If there is one thing that the James family has found consistent on is that LeBron had a Christmas Day game. For them, Lebron James playing is the Christmas tradition.

During the same podcast episode, LeBron surprised Savannah by dropping in as a caller for the program. The topic of him being away for Christmas was touched on, and LeBron said that he felt like he had been away for most Christmases that they had as a family. Savannah replied to his remark with words of confirmation.
“I feel like it’s every Christmas,” she said. “Every single Christmas.”
“It definitely feels like that,” LeBron said, echoing the sentiments of his wife.
LeBron also touched on what he is appreciative of about Christmas, and it’s his ability to give to the people he loves. Citing his challenges early in his life, he expressed gratitude for being able to provide now at this point in his life.

“I love being in a position now where I can, you know, give gifts and bring happiness to my loved ones like that so you guys are right on point with that.”
LeBron James grew up with a challenging childhood and found his way to professional basketball and eventually to the NBA which changed his entire career and life.
