Paige Bueckers celebrated Thanksgiving Day with millions of Americans at AT&T Stadium to watch the Cowboys take on the Chiefs. Bueckers, who is a loyal Dallas fan, was definitely a happy girl when the Cowboys thrashed the Chiefs with a three-point difference. Bueckers shared a picture of the game from her seat, wishing her fans and followers for the holiday.

Bueckers’ presence in the stands must have done something great for the Cowboys, who were on fire to win the game. The Chiefs could not keep up, despite Patrick Mahomes chalking up four scores for the team.

“Happy Thanksgiving!! (blue heart emoji, folded hands emoji)” Paige Bueckers captioned her Instagram Story post.

Paige Bueckers seems to be making the most of her offseason after playing her debut season with the Wings. While the team did not do well at all, Bueckers has still been very supportive of her crew, even going on to defend them in a recent interview with ‘What Drives Winning’.

“I might have a good individual performance. We lose as a team. Other people didn’t have their best shooting performance or whatever that may be. And you look at the comments in the Instagram section, you look at social media and it’ll say, ‘Paige needs help, Paige needs help.’” Paige Bueckers said.

Bueckers went on to reiterate that she strongly believes in her team and that those who are advising her to get better players around her are completely in the wrong. Bueckers’ Wings are undergoing some coaching changes right now and fans are hoping that these lead to big wins in the upcoming season.

Paige Bueckers Opens Up On How Team-Spirit Is Important

Paige Bueckers is clearly a die-hard Wings fan, even if her team was not the best in this last season. In the same interview with ‘What Drives Winning’, the talented hooper spoke out on how poisonous it can be for a player to think that they are doing more than their teammates.

“People try to isolate you from the team, and I’m sure we’ll speak to that. ‘How can I show up to work, do my job and make everybody else’s job easier as well?’ It just messes with your mind mentally..” Bueckers said.

Paige Bueckers went on to affirm that no one in her Wings crew was coming into work and not wanting to do their best. From her words it seems like Bueckers was badly affected by trolls, especially those who are trying to drive a wedge in between herself and her team.
