Ivica Zubac is satisfied with the Los Angeles Clippers’ moves this offseason, as he feels they’re in a better position to compete for the coveted Larry O’Brien trophy.

In a recent interview with ClutchPoints’ Tomer Azarly, Zubac can’t wait to get started with the new season. He also acknowledged the pressure of the Los Angeles Clippers being a top contender in the Western Conference due to their collective firepower.

“I feel great. The team, I really like the moves that we made. I think the whole team is confident, this roster looks really good on paper,” Zubac said.

“I’m just excited to get it going, for October 1st to start, and to kind of see how it looks in the court, how it plays out. I think we addressed all our weaknesses that we had, and I really like all the moves, so it’s all up to us now,” he concluded.

Los Angeles Clippers lauded for productive offseason by Los Angeles Lakers icons

Los Angeles Lakers legends James Worthy and Byron Scott recently complimented the Los Angeles Clippers for their recent offseason moves, including the return of Chris Paul.

“Clippers just became the oldest team in the league, I know that… Tyronn Lue is one of the best coaches in this league, so I know he’ll know how to utilize the guys that he has. The experience they have is obviously going to help them,” Scott told Logan Struck of SI.

“Chris Paul, a lot of experience. Still can play, but more importantly, it’s what he can do in the locker room, and it’s pretty much like having another coach, so I understand that,” Worthy added.
