James Harden admitted that being on a losing team is “abnormal” to him. However, he remains confident that the Los Angeles Clippers will eventually turn their fortunes around this season.

The Los Angeles Clippers dropped to 5-13 after losing 135-118 on the road against the Los Angeles Lakers. The Beard led the team in scoring with 29 points, five rebounds, nine assists, and two steals on 9-for-21 shooting from the field in 37 minutes of action.
“Very. Very. But I’m a firm believer — I work my butt off every single day. Not only for myself, but for my teammates… I’ve got more than enough faith in the front office, the coaching staff, and the players to put everything together,” Harden said via SI’s Joey Linn.

“I haven’t been in a losing situation before, but I haven’t been in a situation where it literally feels like everything is going against us. So this is gonna be a test to show our character and what we can do later in the season,” he added.
Los Angeles Clippers News: Kawhi Leonard doubles down on James Harden’s optimism
Kawhi Leonard played in his second consecutive game for the Los Angeles Clippers last night. After registering 19 points, five rebounds, and three assists on 6-for-14 shooting from the field in 29 minutes of action, the two-time NBA champion said he “felt good” after the match.

“I feel good. Hopefully, we can build some minutes. Because this team needs it. Probably gonna have to up our minutes to get some wins. All of us. So we’ll see what happens,” Leonard stated.
“Just gotta get the right lineups on the court, I guess. Get some more talent. Play with better talent and see what happens,” he added. “I’m saying like playing better. Like, we all just gotta play better. Make shots.”
