LaVar Ball recently went viral for posting a video on social media in which he pitches to the Los Angeles Clippers to have all three of his sons on the same team.

“Can’t nobody beat my boys together,” Ball said via Instagram. “So, the Clippers, bring them god-dang Ball boys home and let’s go get this championship and quit messing around.
“All you fans who want a championship back in LA, yes, whole new arena, with the Ball boys? Who ain’t gonna come watch that show… if you want a championship, Ballmer, I’m talking to you. Go get those Ball boys and lets ball!” he ended.

The Los Angeles Clippers already have their point guard in James Harden, making it difficult for them to land LaMelo Ball. However, acquiring Lonzo Ball as Harden’s backup makes more sense, while LiAngelo Ball is unlikely to rejoin the NBA because of his budding music career.
Los Angeles Clippers News: Former Sacramento Kings exec joins front office
ESPN’s Shams Charania recently confirmed that the Los Angeles Clippers hired Monte McNair in an advisory role to work with the president of basketball operations, Lawrence Frank.

McNair was previously the general manager of the Sacramento Kings. He won the Executive of the Year award in 2023 for guiding the team to their first playoff appearance since 2006, where they were the third seed in the Western Conference.
After a messy 2024-25 campaign, which saw the departures of head coach Mike Brown and star De’Aaron Fox, the Sacramento Kings fired McNair this summer.
