The Milwaukee Bucks already have 15 players in their roster with guaranteed contract and it appears they are all set to get into war for the new NBA season. Even Giannis Antetokounmpo thinks they got a team that should be considered sleepers. He said they are a dangerous team when they figure things out.

Not everyone might make it though in the opening night. The team got three pre-season games on their schedule before their first assignment of the season against the Washington Wizards. It should not be surprising if some people in those 15 players get let go.
General manager Jon Horst said some teams have been talking to them presenting opportunities that are too good to pass up. This means now that those they signed should prove themselves. Not everyone is safe.
“We’re going to let the guys play it out,” Horst said via The Athletic.

“I think competition gives us a great opportunity to have a great start to our camp and a great start to our season. These guys are all fully aware of what they’re playing for and what the stakes are, and they’re all capable. Truly a kind of best-player, best-man-win mentality for the best 15 and three two-ways on our roster.”
Milwaukee Bucks roster depth chart
Antetokounmpo is, of course, the only one who is locked for a roster spot. The team was built around him.
Other players who may be safe are Myles Turner who they signed for $108.9 million for four years. Gary Trent Jr., who decided to return for a lower price, might get the starting SG spot.
Head coach Doc Rivers previously said that they are tapping Kevin Porter Jr. as their starting point guard while Kyle Kuzma got the small forward assignment to himself.

Roster’s depth chart has Bobby Portis who decided to return after inking a lucrative contract. Youngsters AJ Green, Ryan Rollins, and Andre Jackson Jr. are also back. Newcomers are Gary Harris, Cole Anthonjy, and Amir Coffey.
