Getting a comeback win against a gritty Boston Celtics? That should motivate you the next game. That’s not what happened against the Milwaukee Bucks as they fell to the Brooklyn Nets in the most embarrassing way. This was the result even if Kyle Kuzma already did some pep talk after the victory against the rivals.

The Bucks lost to the Nets by 45 points and were basically out of the game since the first quarter. The way they played was far from the plead that Kuzma made after their win two days ago.
“We gotta do it again,” the power forward told reporters before their Sunday assignment Barclays Center.
“This all does not mean anything if we come out soft (the next game). If we come out not playing hard, then we’re two steps back.”
That was good to hear for Bucks coach Doc Rivers. Unfortunately, his boys did not have the energy to walk the talk.

Milwaukee, who are still without their superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, were outscored by double digit in three of the four quarters and allowed 9 Nets players to score in double digits. Michael Porter Jr., their top scorer, did not even need to explode and was contented into 12 points.
It is the Bucks’ worst loss this season but for the Nets, it is their biggest win in terms of margin in franchise history.
Milwaukee Bucks loss is among worst in Rivers career
The loss is something to forget for the whole Bucks team and their fans but for Rivers, it is something he probably won’t ever forget.
They lost so tragically that the coach instantly puts it in among the worst games he’s ever been part of. He is also critical of the way his players approached the game.

“That was disappointing, probably one of the more disappointing games I’ve ever been involved in with the way we performed and competed,” Rivers said.
“And we wanted to blame everybody but ourselves. We’re blaming the refs. We’re looking at each other. No one wanted to play hard. We got a lot of soul-searching to do.”
Bucks have a chance to redeem themselves after a four-day rest to take on the desperate Toronto Raptors on Thursday.
