    Minnesota Timberwolves

The Minnesota Timberwolves failed to make the playoffs in the previous season, and managed to win only 37 games, while losing 45. Minnesota did much worse last year, when compared to the year before that. Anthony Edwards was a key player for the Minnesota Timberwolves, along with Karl-Anthony Towns and Rudy Gobert. Along with this important trio, the Timberwolves will lean on veterans like Mike Conley and Jaden McDaniels this season.

    Players to watch:

Anthony Edwards: 25.9 PPG 5.4 RPG 5.1 APG 1.3 SPG

Rudy Gobert: 14.0 PPG 12.9 RPG 1.3 APG 0.7 SPG

Mike Conley: 11.4 PPG 2.9 RPG 5.9 APG 1.2 SPG

    Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings had a disappointing season last year, finishing ninth in the Western Conference after winning 46 games, and losing 36. Sacramento’s team showed major inconsistencies, especially from players like Harrison Barnes and Keegan Murray. However, De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis stepped up their game, turning up the firepower for Sacramento. The Kings recently lost to the Clippers 113-91 in their preseason finale.

    Players to watch:

    De’Aaron Fox: 26.6 PPG 4.6 RPG 5.6 APG 2.0 SPG

DeMar DeRozan: 24.0 PPG 4.3 RPG 5.3 APG 1.1 SPG

Domantas Sabonis: 19.4 PPG 13.7 RPG 8.2 APG 0.9 SPG
