How does one go from beating a strong opponent and then embarrassingly get trashed by a lowly team? Milwaukee Bucks big man Myles Turner says it is because of what he calls a ‘trap game’.

The Bucks beat the Boston Celtics through an inspiring 20-point comeback and that should should give them the feeling that they are capable of beating anyone. However, that did not manifest in their next game as they fell to the tanking Brooklyn Nets.
They did not just lose. They were trashed as they ended up losing by 45 points, 82-127.
Turner said they were caught in a trap game in that one, even reasoning that their preparations is the suspect.
“We’re all human. It’s easy to get up for a game like Boston — one of the better teams in the league — and then you come out against Brooklyn, a team that hasn’t been playing their best ball and then you have a bit of a letdown,” he told reporters after Milwaukee’s Wednesday practice.
“They are called trap games in this league.”

He also commended the Nets for their effort saying Nets played better and that they are having fun while doing that.
Myles Turner expresses frustration about current issues
The Bucks are currently 11-16 and one spot behind the play-in position. Turner is disappointed with the way things are going and is not happy that at this point, they still can’t find consistency.
“It’s tough man. We’re in December and we’re still trying to figure out games like that,” he continued
The main issue is of course the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo who have been injured twice already and missed more than 10 games.

For now, Bucks have no other choice but to move on.
“You take it on the chin and say it’s a reality check. You know any other given night is loot.”
Bucks had a three-day rest to recuperate and will take on the Toronto Raptors on Thursday.
