NBA Fans are all tuned in on the All-Star selections set for February, but they couldn’t help but wonder why this one player got votes.
On Monday, X/Twitter page @LegionHoops revealed that Bronny James, son of superstar LeBron, had two mysterious votes in his favor to play in the All-Star. And of course, Fans quickly noticed this and aimed barbs at James.
One user, @Dashytwo, immediately thought of two NBA veterans as the ones who rooted for James, writing, “His daddy and draymond.”

NBA Fans never let go of this, as a lot of them had the same hilarious idea.
Meanwhile, user @JeremyUnplugged went the extra mile and didn’t mention Green. Instead, he got LBJ and Bronny himself as the two votes.
Soon after, NBA Fans found themselves laughing at these speculations.
“Lebron going to be asking for mail-in ballots from here on out,” one user commented.
“Stubbed my toe running to the comment section to say this,” one user remarked.
“What kind of sick joke is this [laugh and crying emoji],” one user wrote.
“That is indirectly making fun of Bronny. Lebron gonna be missed [laugh emoji],” one user wrote.

This wasn’t the first time NBA Fans have thrown shade on Bronny. For the past two seasons, Fans were really skeptical about him playing in the NBA, believing it was just due to LeBron’s influence in the LA Lakers.
While Bronny did show potential, it isn’t as consistent as what NBA Fans have expected from being LBJ’s son. Being named an All-Star, too, is on another level, and it’s clear Bronny’s skills are yet to reach that territory.
NBA Fans had more figures in mind behind Bronny’s All-Star votes
Despite the majority of NBA Fans naming LeBron James and Draymond Green as the culprits behind Bronny’s two votes, some pointed out other NBA stars who could’ve been the ones behind the ballots.

One user, @Lebronin1, had another person in place of Green, writing, “Bron and CP3.” NBA Fans quickly guessed that since CP3 (Chris Paul) and LeBron are close friends, LBJ might’ve swayed Paul’s vote in favor of Bronny.
Meanwhile, user @hulksmashedme had Austin Reaves in mind, posting, “austin reeves heard them trade rumors and voted for bronny the same day [crying emoji].” While NBA Fans are yet to really see legitimate reports of AR being traded, Fans just meant to aim barbs at the matter.
Of course, some NBA Fans had other people in mind, but it doesn’t change the fact that they clearly still don’t approve of Bronny being at the All-Star Games.
