NBA fans are reacting to Caitlin Clark agreeing to a tweet about Luka Garza being an incredible player this season. While Garza has not exactly been the best player for the Celtics this campaign, he has definitely shown much improvement this time.

Clark has always been a big supporter of anyone and anything hailing from Iowa, and the W star could not help but do her bit to cheer Garza on, who played for the Iowa Hawkeyes back in his collegiate career. It looks like many fans do agree with her, with several pointing out that Garza is finally getting the opportunities to prove himself.

“Luka Garza is the stretch big no one knew existed before this season. He’s now shooting exactly 50% from 3-point range this season.” Marc D’Amico tweeted.

“I knew,” Caitlin Clark responded which got many fans reacting.

“he was frying 3rd stringers in garbage time on Minnesota for years lol,” one fan pointed out.

“TIL ‘stretch big’ means ‘finally got a coach who lets him shoot,’” another fan stated.

“he was just not utilized in Minnesota,” one more fan said.

Luka Garza played for the Timberwolves until this recent season where his numbers always looked pretty poor. It has been a common consensus among baller fans that Garza was definitely not used well and not allowed to shoot much, which made his stats look bleak. However, it looks like he has been getting a lot more opportunities with Boston, which has made many fans, including Caitlin Clark herself, pretty happy.

NBA Fans Want Caitlin Clark To Come To Celtics

Many NBA fans have been asking Caitlin Clark to come to the Celtics and even be the team’s manager ever since she put out her supportive tweet for Luka Garza. Fans clearly feel that Clark knows much more about ball than many GMs in the league, and that she would have recognized abilities of under-rated and under-utilized players like Garza long back.

“We all knew CC (smiling emoji)” one fan tweeted their agreement to Clark’s tweet.

“I had this exact reaction as well, (goat emoji)” one more fan echoed.

“No balls. Knows ball.” Another fan smartly joked.

Caitlin Clark, despite all the trolling she usually receives, definitely knows more than a thing or two about basketball. In fact, in this most recent season, Clark could be seen coaching her teammates from the sidelines, even as she was benched for majority of the campaign due to injury woes.
