NBA fans are having hilarious reactions to reports about Lonzo Ball being traded by the Cavs for a mere pair of second-round picks. It looks like the Cavs are definitely done with Ball and don’t want him in their roster anymore.
Unfortunately, it looks like no one wants Ball on their roster as well, with rumors that Utah, with whom Cleveland is making the exchange, will most likely waive off the hooper. Fans have been mocking the move, while also recalling that the Lakers, once upon a time, chose Ball over Jayson Tatum of all.
“Cavs are trading Lonzo Ball and two 2nd-RD picks to the Jazz, per @ShamsCharania Utah is expected to waive him,” Bleacher Report tweeted.

“Lakers really drafted him over Tatum smh,” one fan said.
“Imagine being traded just to be immediately unemployed. Business, not personal. Except it kinda is,” another fan remarked.
“Ball’s injury history makes this a low-risk, high-reward move for Cleveland. Interesting gamble.” One more fan mentioned.

NBA Fans Feel For Lonzo Ball After Cavs Trade Proposal
It looks like many NBA fans actually like Lonzo Ball and want him in a good team. Ball being ‘waived’ by the Jazz is also being called out by many fans. Unfortunately for Ball, while he is an incredibly talented hooper, his injury woes have kept him on the bench a lot more than he liked, which has severely messed with his stats.
“Lakers should kick the tires on this…Maybe lakers give him a shot I rather have him in LA over Gabe Vincent tbh. Can’t be any worse, at least Lonzo can play defense.” one fan said.
“Injuries cut his career short. Still one of the coolest hoopers ever.” Another fan mentioned.
“Lonzo’s playoff run was over in one tweet – the Cavaliers winning? Not a chance now.” one more fan said.

The Cavs are surely going to be moving forward without Lonzo Ball, but fans are clearly disappointed with this move. Ball’s numbers may not be the best, but the hooper has an incredibly innocent and child-like charm that attracts fans to him.
Most recently, Lonzo appeared in a joint interview with his younger brother, with the content being pure comedic delight. Lonzo’s answers were clearly not PR-friendly, but fans ate up every single word.
