NBA fans are trolling Stephen A. Smith by the second after the veteran sports analyst’s latest controversial statements on the recent arrests of NBA players. As per recent reports, many NBA players, including coaches and members of mafia groups, have been arrested for illegal gambling over the past day or so.
Smith called to remember that former FBI directors had never had a press conference about such arrests and also predicted that many more arrests like these were about to happen. While many have agreed with Smith’s statements, others felt that these arrests were clearly planned and had no personal attachment to President Trump.

“We’ve seen accusations before. We’ve seen athletes get in trouble with the law before. You don’t see the director of the FBI having a press conference. It’s not coincidental. It’s not an accident. It’s a statement, and it’s a warning that more is coming…This is just the tip of the iceberg. It’s very concerning. We don’t know where this is gonna go. But everybody better brace themselves, because he’s coming.” Stephen A. Smith said.
Trump is coming.

“The investigation started under Biden. Please return to solitaire.” one fan mockingly commented.
“Wasn’t the investigation ongoing well before Trump came into office?” another fan pointed out.
“President Trump did not impugn the integrity of the league. The coaches and players did that themselves, allegedly. Why are you so fixated on Trump, and not the serious allegations against people actually associated with the NBA?” one more fan stated.
NBA Fans Call Out Stephen A. Smith For Trump Comments
NBA fans continued to deride Stephen A. Smith for his comments against President Trump. Some fans did point out that while President Trump may not have the best approval ratings in the country, this does not mean that he has a personal vendetta against basketball players.

“Dude, I do NOT do politics on here BUT, the take is so bad, I have to comment…this was a multi year investigation. They stole millions from people and they screwed the legal sportsbooks. The mafia is involved. This is not a Trump thing. Not everything is. OK, back to sports.” a fan neatly said.

“@stephenasmith I think this is an irresponsible take, trump isn’t coming; people broke the law and have impugned the integrity of the game. That’s the story, this started when trump was out of office. Please, be better bro!” another fan said.
“Tell me you’re illegally gambling without telling me” one more fan hilariously pointed out.

Stephen A. Smith is known for his many controversial takes on sports and politics, but has yet to react to all the backlash he has received after his latest comments. FBI director, Kash Patel, too rubbished Smith’s statements and said that he alone had the power to decide on which arrest to make.
