NBA fans are reacting to reports about Jaren Jackson Jr. ending his season as a result of a tumor in his knee. The Jazz star apparently has a ‘pigmented villonodular synovitis growth’ in knee and will need to remove it as soon as possible.
While the tumor seems to be benign, the baller has been advised to undergo surgery to remove it urgently and this means that Jaren Jackson Jr. will be benched for the rest of the season. Fans have been pouring in their sympathies for the baller, but also having jokes about the same.
“JJJ has a tumor. It’s benign, but could cause problems. It should get removed. Maybe not the place your taking jokes and or use this to get you takes off about tanking. Just feels kind of off.” Keith Smith tweeted.

“First knee tumor I’ve ever heard of,” one fan said.
“It’s not a tumor. This is very ignorant and dangerous as you represent NBA and you throwing out scare words and fake diagnosis…It’s not a tumor it’s not benign. It’s not anything close to the chance of being cancerous…and he could play. COMMUNITY NOTE THIS, PEOPLE. SMH.” Another fan educated.
“PVNS has a high rate of recurrence, often requires multiple surgeries over time, leads to significant joint pain and a loss range of motion. Grizzlies sold high lol,” one more fan said.
NBA Fans Continue To React To JJJ’s Diagnosis
NBA fans are surely coming up with pretty interesting reactions to Jaren Jackson Jr. ‘s diagnosis, especially this condition may actually recur pretty soon. With this information, many are wondering about Jaren’s actual future in the league.

“There’s literally zero chance the Jazz didn’t know about this when they traded for him and did a physical. Focus more on dieting and less on defending this trash. The Jazz won 2 straight and the team knew he would likely need surgery at the end of the year anyways.” Another fan said.
“Did they not do a physical before the trade went through if they supposedly discovered this after?” one more fan questioned.
“Something that should have been caught before the trade. Bulls had to give a second back because Cody had a strain in his left calf as well. What should something like this net Memphis? A 1st back?” another fan echoed.
It looks like many are actually are asking the same questions on whether the Jazz got a proper physical on JJJ before the trade. It looks like Utah is a strong loser here with a high possibility of Jaren’s condition recurring.
