NBA Fans this Monday were deeply skeptical as reports of Devin Booker winning a million dollars on a bet went viral online. In the bet, Booker notably rooted for the Seattle Seahawks to win Super Bowl LX against the New England Patriots, and of course, Fans knew well how Seattle secured the massive W, 39-18, last Sunday.

Booker’s earnings were so huge that even user @LockedInLucas genuinely asking, “I thought NBA players ain’t allowed to Bet?” referring to how the NBA never, ever spared their players who bet on their games.

However, user @TherealJoey223 quickly clarified the confusion, responding with, “Every athlete can just not on their sport.”

Nevertheless, NBA Fans took time to delve into just how much Booker has spent throughout the big game, a massive gamble he had to make which soon yielded the best results for the veteran.

“After his initial bet return, he won about $400k. That’s chump change for Book,” one user revealed.

“So your saying he layed down 2.300,000 to win a mill,” one user asked, which another user replying with, “He bet the spread so he placed a mill to win $800,000.”

“Guess payday came early for him,” one user wrote.

“Did he really put that down though,” one user skeptically asked NBA Fans, with another user not buying with Booker gambling on the game, responding with, “I highly doubt it. It was pretty obvious marketing stunt by fanatics.”

It doesn’t come into NBA Fans’ minds that they also massively support the most physical, intense sport in the world. For many Fans, Super Bowl LX was already finished right from the start, rooting for the Seahawks, led by young quarterback Sam Darnold, to destroy the Patriots, led by Drake Maye, also a young QB.

However, NBA Fans’ eyes aren’t just focused on the field, and as long as one of their own places a massive bet on the NFL, they will never stop poking fun at them.

NBA Fans throw shade over another star after Super Bowl bet

Luckily, Booker didn’t get the shade from the NBA Fans, but Fans of course, wouldn’t end the day without lobbing criticisms to another star: Drake, who placed a million-dollar bet on the defeated Patriots.

User @biblicaldon hilariously joked, “Yeah bro show drake how it’s done to bet on the winning team the Seahawks.” User @upfilife also couldn’t help but write, “Unlike drake [laughing emojis].”

NBA Fans might be confused unto why Booker got away with his massive bet, but many Fans will find him really lucky, unlike a certain artist who will leave empty-handed.
