Hello Kitty Night didn’t seem to go as jolly as expected at the Chase Center after a fight broke out in the stands. As the punches flew, NBA fans had a lot of jokes about it in the aftermath.
While the Warriors and Bucks were trading buckets on the floor, things got heated in the stands after two fans were caught throwing punches. The scuffle didn’t last long, but once clips started circulating, NBA fans wasted no time turning the moment into comedy.

@algorithmsayshi brushed it off entirely, posting, “Guys it’s just a hello kitty cup relax.”

@SleeperWarriors leaned into Warriors culture, saying, “He probably got mad at him for standing up after Steph hit a big 3.”
And @pelota_en tried to put it in perspective, adding, “This must have been the 1st fight that’s happened at Chase Center, I can’t recall another one.”
The brief chaos didn’t spill onto the court.
Golden State stayed locked in and pulled away late, beating Milwaukee 120–113 behind Stephen Curry’s 31 points, seven assists, and six rebounds.
“Make it happen”: NBA fans react as Giannis Antetokounmpo watches GSW warm up
Even with the fight grabbing attention, another moment caught fans’ eyes — Giannis Antetokounmpo lingering near the Warriors during warmups.
A clip showed the Bucks star standing along the three-point line, appearing to take in Golden State’s pregame routine, which immediately fueled speculation online given his recent trade-rumor buzz.

Fans jumped straight into fantasy mode.

Others pushed back on the narrative. @kinvulture1234 pointed out, “he was waiting to do his pregame ritual. hes not getting traded lol.”
Others weren’t buying the innocence.
@_ryanxk pointed out, “He cry about trade rumors but does s**t like this.”
For now, Antetokounmpo remains in Milwaukee. Still, between wiping his Instagram clean of Bucks content and dropping vague comments about the future, moments like this continue to keep fans talking — even on a night that somehow featured both Hello Kitty merch and a courtside fight.
