NBA fans are cracking up after an X user put out a tweet about Ja Morant giving out signals with his on-court gestures, conveying that the team-owner was supplying the Russian military with crucial technology.

Robert Pera’s tech company has been accused of essentially committing war crimes with the Russian military, and the billionaire has been called out mercilessly for this. With the tweet about Ja Morant going viral, many are having jokes about the Grizzlies star.

“Just realized Ja has been sending us a secret message through his celebrationsm that his tams owner has been committing war crimes with Russia this entire time,” BIGMEM12 tweeted, sharing pictures of Ja Morant’s celebrations on court.

“He’s innocent, if anything he’s a whistleblower lmao,” one fan said.

“He was warning us the entire time (face holding back tears emoji)” another fan added.

“dam Ja was tryna tell us all along,” one more fan echoed.

Fans are obviously surprised at the tweet about Ja Morant, even if the hooper was not exactly sending out a message about his team owner. However, many actually believe that Morant was indeed trying to convey to the public that something bad was going on behind-the-scenes with his team.

NBA Fans Continue To Commend Ja Morant For Gestures

NBA fans are convinced that Ja Morant is actually being a whistle-blower for the Grizzlies. Despite the hooper being involved in a number of scandals and controversies over the years, Morant seems to have won hearts after the tweet went viral.

“Honestly I respect this level of cope,” one fan praised Morant.

“The world owes Ja an apology,” another fan said.

“I thought he was being a thug all along Ja might be the MLK of this generation (folded hands emoji, goat emoji)” one more fan added.

Ja Morant has always been called out by fans for the several scandals and controversies surrounding him. Still, after this particular tweet went viral, many fans seem to have softened toward the baller.

Meanwhile, Robert Pera has been admonished severely by fans after his tech company was named as a main supplier of war technology for the Russian military. Many fans have even called for Pera to be banned from the NBA itself for these war crimes.
