NBA fans are reacting to a viral clip showing Julius Randle checking out Victor Wembanyama at the recent game between the Timberwolves and the Spurs. Randle can be seen rubbing his hands together and looking at Wemby up and down for quite a few seconds.
Fans have been cracking up at the clip, especially since it genuinely looks like Randle is eyeing Wembanyama lustily. Randle, who stands at 6 ‘9”, is definitely a lot shorter than Wembanyama who towers over everyone in the room at 7’ 4”.
“Julius Randle is AROUSED by Wemby’s size (crying emoji)” NBA Centel tweeted, sharing the now-viral clip.

“the hand gesture with the checking him out is wild,” one fan pointed out.
“Why he look down??” one more fan questioned.
“the stare down is crazy,” another fan said.
Julius Randle and Minnesota definitely managed to give the Spurs a shaking up, defeating them with a single-point difference. Randle himself managed to chalk up fifteen on the board, while Wemby managed 29 for the Spurs.

NBA Fans Continue To Have Jokes About Julius Randle Staring At Wemby
NBA fans are definitely not going to let Julius Randle forget this and have been trolling the player mercilessly ever since the video went viral. While many feel that Randle is lusting after Wembanyama, others feel that he is simply sizing him up and analyzing how he can take the Alien out on the court.
“Nope. He was getting ready to defend and he was great against him,” one fan said.

“Why do all of them look players up and down like this I don’t get it (crying emoji)” another fan questioned.
“Was gazing at that long ahh dih,”one more fan felt.
Hardcore baller fans know only too well that it is a common approach for hoopers to check out the physique of other players, especially if they’re playing defense. This is probably what Randle was doing in the viral video. However, it clearly came out wrong and the hooper rubbing his hands did not help the case at all.
Of course, many other fans called our NBA Centel itself for choosing to highlight the Randle and Wembanyama moments in this particular light. Some fans felt that Centel actually went a bit too far with the way they put out the tweet.
