NBA fans are calling out game officials during the recent Lakers vs. Suns matchup, after refs failed to flag LeBron James for shoving one of their own. James can be seen shoving a ref, and getting mad after Dillon Brooks chest bumped him.
Fans have been calling favoritism for LeBron James and the Lakers themselves this season, and have been coming out with numerous jokes about the whole scenario. The jokes came even harder especially since Dillon Brooks was ejected from the game.
“LeBron James somehow didn’t get ejected for pushing and grabbing the ref while Dillon Brooks got tossed for chest bumping Bron (man with monocle emoji) LeBron got bailed out by the refs after missing the clutch free throw? You can’t make it up LMAO (crying emoji)” Beastbrook tweeted, sharing a video clip of LeBron James’ altercation with the referee.
“That was some of the worst favoritism I have ever seen. LeBron should have definitely been ejected. Then no foul call hitting brooks on his 3, then bailed out on his 3,” one fan said.
“The @NBA is fixed – has been proven more than one. @KingJames is above the law,” another fan added.
“Bron getting away with stuff cause he’s LeBron. Same story. (yawning emoji)” one more fan remarked.
NBA Fans Also Take LeBron James’ Side After Refs’ Altercation
Meanwhile, many other NBA fans have taken LeBron James’ side after the video of him shoving the referee went viral. Some went on to call out the official himself, while others stated that Dillon Brooks got ejected rightly and that James did not deserve the same treatment.

“This why the world is cooked! You will believe anything on social but never the facts. You didn’t watch the game if you’re saying this. This was brooks second tech why he was ejected. Bron got a tech for the first altercation. (facepalming emoji)” one more fan said.
This was not the only time that LeBron James went viral in the recent Suns game. Another video of James went viral, which shows the legend practicing his golf skills during the game. This too received mixed reactions from fans.
