LeBron James had NBA fans talking again, but not because of basketball. The Lakers star recently shared some personal thoughts about marriage — and it left plenty of people guessing what’s really going on.
On his wife Savannah’s “Everybody’s Crazy” podcast on Wednesday, LeBron opened up about what it takes to hold his family together.

“I don’t want to be alone, that’s for damn sure,” he said. “If I got to fight, crawl, scratch, bite, whatever to keep mine, I got to keep it. … I’m an only child, single-parent household. … Next time I’m alone, it would be underneath.”
That raw confession immediately sparked reactions online. Some thought it was a heartfelt message to Savannah. Others wondered if it hinted at something deeper.

“Bro why is Bron on a redemption tour. What did he do?? He been talking about his marriage way too much lately lol.”
“Man fighting harder for marriage than the Finals itself.”
LeBron and Savannah go way back — they met in high school in 2002. By 2004, they had their first son, Bronny. Bryce came in 2007, followed by Zhuri in 2014. The couple finally tied the knot in 2013 after more than a decade together and have since become one of sports’ most admired duos.
“Little did we know it’ll be his last”: NBA fans revisit LeBron’s 2020 title
While LeBron’s been showing love off the court, NBA fans found another reason to tease him. A throwback post on X highlighted his 2020 championship — and the jokes rolled in fast.

That season was anything but normal. The NBA suspended play in March after Rudy Gobert’s COVID-19 case, then resumed months later inside the Orlando bubble. LeBron carried the Lakers to a six-game Finals win over the Miami Heat, claiming his fourth ring and Finals MVP.

“LeMickey James. Doesn’t count.”

“No 5 years ago today the nba made up a bubble to gift James a championship since he can’t ever win one like the stars in the past have been able to without so much help. He then claimed it was so tough and his low IQ supporters eat it up.”
Call it what you want — that bubble title still added another page to LeBron’s legacy.
